Machine Assembler

Job Summary

- Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization.

• Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, machine design specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and subassemblies.

• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

CNC Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to oversee the use of our computer numerical control machines. 

• In this position, your primary responsibility is to program the machine to automatically produce metal parts for our manufacturing team. 

• Programming the machines for milling, drilling, or lathe machining. 

• Must have experience as a CNC lathe operator or a similar machining specialist. 

• You must also be able to read blueprints and use a caliper or micrometer to ensure all your parts match the specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read blueprints for the needed parts

• Program the appropriate CNC to automate the production process

• Inspect the metal pieces for accuracy and uniformity

• Perform preventative maintenance on your machines

Office/Support Staff

• Maintain and update databases.

• Supporting the needs of the clients (sales monitoring, quotation, ad hoc)

• Documentation filing

• Other clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations. 

• Computer literate (Microsoft applications)

• 4-year college graduate

• Ability to adapt easily.

• Can start ASAP.

Painter

• Selecting and mixing coating paints to desired color and prepare spraying equipment such as cleaning or adjusting spray guns

• Willingness to take direction from area lead and follow that direction and to be a self-starter when not working under direct supervision.

• Be capable of reading and understanding technical documents such as paint mixing procedures, and maintaining sprayer equipment as required. 

• Have the ability and desire to become efficient with painting techniques, meet

     company productivity rates, maintain mil thickness, and learn all aspects of

     job as required.

• Cleaning spraying equipment with solvent or other recommended cleaning

     solutions daily.

• Maintaining the paint mix room while following the company safety policies.

• Operating the blaster to clean steel according to specified safety requirements

• Maintaining proper respirator care and operation and using the breathing air

• supply system when spraying epoxy paints.
